Fitness For Life is open from early in the morning until late at night, giving you the ability to attend and get healthy, whatever your work schedule.

Our exercise facilities are available every day. We finish late on weekdays, and in the evening on weekends, to ensure that you’re able to get the best exercise in Rochdale, no matter how busy your lifestyle is.

• Monday - Friday: 7am - 10pm
• Saturday: 10am - 8pm
• Sunday: 10am - 6pm
